Two years after a first publication on the position that the European Union should take to counter US extraterritorial sanctions affecting it, this updated and expanded version which draws the consequences of major developments will be discussed. Josep Borrell, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, alongside Franziska Brantner, Member of the German Bundestag and specialist in international relations, will discuss the lessons to be learned.
