Solène Padeletti joined Europe Jacques Delors in May 2024, initially as communications officer and later as communications manager. Since October 2025, she holds the position of director of operations.

Previously, she held various positions as project manager, communications officer and policy analyst in the field of sustainable development, in Brussels and Luxembourg.

Solène holds a Master's degree from the University of Caen Normandie in Sustainable Development and Communications, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Foreign Languages from the University of Lorraine.
