Camila joined Europe Jacques Delors in January 2026 as a policy analyst specialising in oceans.

Before joining us, Camila worked at the European Commission (DG MOVE and DG ENER), where she contributed to the revision of the Maritime Safety Package.

Camila holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Grenoble Alpes and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Grenoble. She also holds a Master's degree in European Studies from Sciences Po Grenoble and a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Quebec in Montreal.
