Ocean protection and governance

Europe Jacques Delors is the first think tank in Brussels focusing on ocean protection and governance, at both European and international level. Ocean protection and governance are often forgotten aspects of the climate and environmental policies, but they play a major role in achieving climate neutrality and protecting biodiversity. In 2024, we launched the Europe Jacques Delors Ocean Centre, designed to champion an ambitious holistic approach to ocean issues.
