UNOC3

The Third United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3), co-hosted by the Governments of France and Costa Rica, will take place in Nice from the 9 to the 13 of June 2025. It will welcome more than 80 heads of state and government, 2 000 accredited journalists and 10 000 delegates. The European Ocean Pact will be the main deliverable of the European Union during this event. Europe Jacques Delors will attend UNOC 3, with its Ocean Center, to present its work on the Pact and on Ocean protection and governance. At UNOC 3, Geneviève Pons, as mandated by Ambassador Olivier Poivre d’Arvor, Special Envoy of the French President will organise an event on the European Ocean Pact.
