Policy Analyst

Paola Ladisa joined Europe Jacques Delors in September 2024 as a Policy Analyst.

Before joining us, Paola worked at the Legal Office of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), where she contributed to the analysis of legal data. Prior to this role, she refined her project management skills by overseeing European projects focused on marine biodiversity for an Italian public research institute. As a Bluebook Trainee at DG MARE, Paola immersed herself in European maritime policies, which deepened her expertise in marine governance and sustainable development. Additionally, she gained valuable insights while managing the National Observer Programme under ICCAT, where she concentrated on sustainable fishing practices and stakeholder engagement.

Paola holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in International Relations, along with a Master's in Sustainability and Circular Bio-economy.
