Eliott Valverde
Policy Analyst

Eliott Valverde is a policy analyst specialised in the fields of the blue economy and Ocean governance. He joined Europe Jacques Delors’ team in September 2023 to contribute to the work of the newly launched EJD’s Sustainable Blue Economy Center. 

Previously, Eliott did a traineeship at the European Commission’s DG MARE in the unit in charge of Regional Fisheries Management Organisations. He also worked as an intern at the Ocean & Climate Platform on the preparation of COP26 and at the Intermediterranean Commission of the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions on European cooperation projects in coastal and insular regions. 

Eliott holds a Master’s degree in International Cooperation Politics from Sciences Po Saint-Germain-en-Laye and a Master’s degree in Management from NEOMA BS. 

He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
