Andrea Pratelli has been working since May 2024 at Europe Jacques Delors, where he conducts legal and policy research on environmental, sustainability, and agri-food legislation, as well as on EU governance frameworks and institutional and legislative dynamics.
Specialised in EU law, Andrea previously completed a Schuman traineeship at the Legal Service of the European Parliament, where he contributed to legal analysis of legislative files relating to transport, digital media and agri-food matters, supported interinstitutional negotiations and assisted in annulment proceedings before the CJEU. He also interned at the Liaison Office of the Tuscany Region in Brussels, where he focused on environmental, agricultural and energy policies.
Andrea holds a double degree in Law from the University of Florence and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, as well as a Master 1 in Franco-Italian Law and a Master 2 in International Legal Studies.
