Sophie Pornschlegel is Director of Studies and Development at Europe Jacques Delors. Previously, she worked as a Senior Policy Analyst at the European Policy Centre and was project lead for "Connecting Europe", a network of civil society organisations working closely with Stiftung Mercator. 

Sophie is Policy Fellow at the Berlin-based think tank Das Progressive Zentrum, which focuses on the fair transition, and teaches at Sciences Po Paris.

She is the author of the book "At the end of the established order: Rethinking political power", which will be published in November 2023 in Germany. She studied political science and European Affairs at Sciences Po Paris, King's College London and the London School of Economics.
